I was very happy with Dr. Harris; however I do recommend that the staff have a little more training on dental/medical insurance billing policies when it comes to a surgical procedure. I knew my surgical procedure would fall under my secondary medical insurance, however the staff insisted on going directly to my dental insurance policy to process payment. I contacted my secondary medical insurance as well as my dental insurance on payment policies the day after my extraction. The office billing process will cause some confusion and delay on eventual payment which is not only frustrating for the doctor for payment due, but for the patient who is required to pay out of pocket before the procedure begins.
