Meet Dr. Christensen
Dr. Brandon Christensen is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a gentle chair-side manner who strives to provide his patients with the highest quality care in a comfortable environment.
Dr. Christensen obtained his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude respectively. He then earned his Oral and Maxillofacial Certificate from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Christensen has extensive training in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, dental implant surgery, bone grafting, pediatric oral surgery, IV sedation/general anesthesia, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, oral pathology, and the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders. He has active certificates in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Reflected in his life is Dr. Christensen’s commitment to being of service to people, which led to his choice to pursue oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is an Eagle Scout, has served as a missionary for his church for two years, and has volunteered for both dental and cleft lip & palate missions in South America.
In his free time, Dr. Christensen loves spending time with his wife, Erika, and their four children visiting the mountains and honing his amateur BBQ skills.
